We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to direct residential and Commercial building projects from initiation through final delivery. Duties – Manage project schedules, budgets, & resources efficiently. Oversee site engineers, contractors, maintaining quality and safety standards. Track project timelines, resolve site issues, and control operational costs. Serve as primary point of contact for architects, and structural engineers. Requirements: Relevant Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 5+ years managing residential construction projects. Strong leadership and contract negotiation skills.
