A large drilling company based in Harare is looking for a General Manager to join their team. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing day-to-day operations across all divisions, overseeing site planning, mobilisation and demobilisation of staff and equipment, Maintenance of all equipment and vehicles both on site and at HQ, ensuring targets are met, working with stores to ensure spares and consumable levels are sustained. Requirements: Experience in a senior management role within the mining industry and mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty and light vehicles. Salary will be performance-based.
