We are looking for an experienced Cold Section Chef to join our production kitchen. Responsibilities: prepare breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, muffins and cakes with focus on consistency, presentation and efficiency. Duties include producing breakfast, sandwiches, salads and dressings, baking muffins and cakes, preparing ingredients, maintaining portion sizes and hygiene, minimising waste, and working to schedules. Early morning shifts required; occasional overnight stays may be necessary. Requirements: professional kitchen experience, sandwich/salad preparation, baking skills, food hygiene knowledge, teamwork, fluent English, 5 O‑level passes. Advantage: catering/restaurant experience.
